I am a workplace advisor and career strategist who helps individuals navigate unclear or complex workplace situations, educates them on their employee rights, and provides career counseling to help them reach their career goals.

With over a decade of professional experience in human resources and career development, I have held HR management roles at small to mid-sized and global organizations within for-profit and nonprofit sectors. My responsibilities encompassed all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, employee development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

 

While advancing in human resources, I have also helped numerous new college graduates and professionals, including non-native speakers, find jobs by sharing my unique job search strategies and interview techniques. As a result, many secured offers from organizations like Amazon, IPG Health, Suisse Credit Group, The Trevor Project, Scholastic, and others.

 

Born and raised in Europe, I moved to the United States in 2009, during The Great Recession and a 10% unemployment rate. I had no friends or relatives here. Armed with just one suitcase and English as my second language, I built my life from scratch and achieved personal and professional success. 

 

Over the last 15 years, I have made a significant difference in many lives.
