Over the past 15 years, I have built my career in Human Resources, working closely with employees, managers, and leadership teams across different industries and organizations. I have been involved in the decisions that employees do not always get to see:

• What makes someone stand out for a promotion

• How compensation decisions are made

• What employers look for during interviews

• How performance concerns are handled

• How workplace conflicts are addressed

I have supported hundreds of employees throughout their careers and have been involved in real hiring decisions, employee relations situations, compensation discussions, performance management, organizational changes, and difficult workplace conversations

 

My experience spans recruiting, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, talent development, and other areas of HR.

 

That experience changed the way I see careers: I realized that many talented professionals are not struggling because they are not capable.

They are struggling because no one ever taught them how the workplace actually works.
