Here, I serve as your personal HR Advisor.

I have spent over a decade supporting employees and companies as an HR professional. Even with my background, I have faced the same challenges many employees face - unfair treatment, toxic management, favoritism, and a promotion ceiling. 

 

Thanks to that personal experience and experience guiding employees in similar situations in the workplace, I know firsthand how important it is to know your rights and advocate for yourself - especially when quitting is not an option. I have been able to stand up for myself, even in vulnerable moments, and turn things around.
