Service Description

This Interview Assistance program will improve your interview skills, Q&As, and enhance your chances of successfully passing interviews. The cost of this program includes two (2) video consultations (2.5 hours total) and all the behind-the-scenes* preparation completed by the coach prior to the calls. BEFORE THE CONSULTATION: To make the most of our first session: You will complete the Interview Evaluation Questionnaire and Interview Q&A Evaluation form which I will provide. Your answers will help me understand your situation, evaluate your interview responses and overall interview experience, and identify challenges to address. ON OUR FIRST CALL (2 hours): - We will review your evaluation forms and discuss your overall interview experience. - I will provide feedback on your elevator pitch and responses to key interview questions (including behavioral ones) with corrections and recommendations. - We will discuss challenges preventing you from passing interviews and create a customized Action Plan to improve your chances of success. BEFORE OUR SECOND CALL: You will complete assigned homework based on my feedback on your elevator pitch and interview Q&As. ON OUR SECOND CALL (30 minutes): We will have a final review of your interview Q&As and ensure you are fully prepared for real-life interviews. NOTE: Please have your evaluation forms or any assigned homework ready for review during our sessions. Mock interviews are not included in this package, as they are optional, but can be purchased separately as a one-hour session for $89.00. *BEHIND-THE-SCENES SUPPORT: Before the calls: I will thoroughly review your completed evaluation forms or any assigned homework and prepare notes to ensure our sessions are well-structured and efficient. IMPORTANT: All materials must be submitted to contact@aleenamentor.com at least 48 hours before the call to allow adequate preparation. The information you share will be kept confidential.


Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

IF LATE ARRIVAL If the Client arrives late for a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The Consultant is not obligated to extend the session time to compensate for the Client’s late arrival. If the Client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show, and the session fee may be forfeited. The Client acknowledges and agrees they shall not be entitled to a refund for this session rendered under any circumstances. IF CANCELLATION By the Client: If the Client cancels the session with at least a 24-hour notice, they may reschedule without penalty. If the Client cancels with less than a 24-hour notice or fails to attend the session, the session fee may be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. The Client acknowledges and agrees they shall not be entitled to a refund for this session rendered under any circumstances. By the Consultant: If the Consultant cancels the session, the Client may choose to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.
