Service Description
The Resume + LinkedIn + Cover Letter package cost includes three (3) video sessions (2 hours total) and all the behind-the-scenes work completed by the coach prior to the calls. ON OUR FIRST CALL (60 min): We will discuss the details of your existing resume, cover letter, and the role you are looking for. BEFORE OUR SECOND CALL: Once I have your desired job description, I will revise your resume based on our initial call refining your Professional Summary, including important keywords, and customizing your bullet points to maximize your chances with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) while appealing to recruiters and hiring managers. ON OUR SECOND CALL (30 min): We will review the initial drafts, discuss feedback, and finalize the changes. BEFORE OUR THIRD CALL : I will complete an additional round of edits and provide you with a polished final drafts, ready to send out! ON OUR THIRD CALL (30 min): We will have our final discussion and optimize your LinkedIn profile to bolster your job search efforts. The Service in Brief: • A 60-minute video session. • Receive revised drafts of your resume & cover letter. • A 30-minute follow-up video session. • An additional round of edits. • Receive completed final drafts, ready to send out! • A 30-minute call to wrap up and optimize your LinkedIn profile. NOTE: Please have your resume ready for review during our sessions. This service focuses on enhancing your existing resume & cover letter and does not include creating a new resume from scratch. IMPORTANT: Please send your resume, cover letter and the ideal job description to contact@aleenamentor.com at least 48 hours before the call. The information you share will be kept confidential.
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
IF LATE ARRIVAL If the Client arrives late for a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The Consultant is not obligated to extend the session time to compensate for the Client’s late arrival. If the Client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show, and the session prorated fee may be forfeited. The Client acknowledges and agrees they shall not be entitled to a refund for this session rendered under any circumstances. IF CANCELLATION By the Client: If the Client cancels the session with at least a 24-hour notice, they may reschedule without penalty. If the Client cancels with less than a 24-hour notice or fails to attend the session, the session prorated fee may be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. The Client acknowledges and agrees they shall not be entitled to a refund for this session rendered under any circumstances. By the Consultant: If the Consultant cancels the session, the Client may choose to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.
